Within the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order, there are several
departments dedicated to the aims and goals of the organization. The exact membership quorum of the Select Committee is now unknown. However, from the
directors and leaders these departments, ranging from matters of education, to
culture, to security, as well as other influential New Order adherents, the public members of the Select Committee are chosen. The Grand
Vizier of COMPNOR stands as chairman to this committee, and will draw further council
from the higher-placed members of COMPNOR to oversee the actions of
the whole. This organization stands as the ruling body of COMPNOR, and as such
the Select Committee serves to advise the Grand Vizier, ratify and enact
policies, address and resolve department-specific problems, and strive to streamline
the varied functions of COMPNOR. Changes wrought by the Select Committee must
be passed by the Grand Vizier prior to their adoption, and the Grand Vizier
will have ultimate authority over the administration of COMPNOR, the appointment
of Select Committee members, and the implementation of any policies, powers
only circumscribed by the dictates of the Emperor.
