 Imperial Army - Infantry: Ground Assault
The Imperial Infantry divisions are filled with the men and women of the Galactic Empire who crave action and excitement. Trained to utilize weapons such as the E-11 Trooper Rifle, or the T-21 Light Repeating Blaster, the Imperial Infantry soldier is an effective, and deadly asset to ground warfare. Rigorous physical training in a multitude of settings ensures that each soldier can operate at 100% effectiveness in any terrain, and any weather. Mental training gives the Infantry soldier the ability to operate under any circumstance. A harsh battlefield...a civilian riot...or even guard duty. An Infantry soldier knows how to conduct themselves in a professional manner. In the Infantry, one will be introduced to many of the worlds under the protective wing of the Empire. They will become some of the most well traveled individuals in his majesties military, and unlike the Imperial Navy, will actually see the worlds they are charged with protecting. The Infantry is made out of Stormtroopers, Garrison Troops, and some mobile and Artillery units. Some of the many uses of the Infantry are: To patrol and defend bases, outposts, cities, towns, etc., in defense of all Imperial Laws and Security. To storm enemy strongholds, ships, and bases. To be able to adapt to a variety of climates and terrain. To capture enemy forces for public execution, or lifetime imprisonment. To escort public officials to a pre-determined destination. To act as an Internal police force when called upon.  |
